You'll be responsible for building audiences from scratch and ensuring our content reaches the right people consistently. Key responsibilities include: Audience Growth & Content Performance, taking initiative when a creator's numbers stall, investigating what's slowing reach, reviewing hooks and formats, and adjusting the approach to regain momentum.
