We're FansLink, a creator marketing agency. We grow online creators in the 18+ space, and short-form video is how we get them seen. We're looking for a short-form editor to own the editing and scheduling pipeline for our roster.
This is a high-volume, fast-turnaround role. You'll turn raw creator content into scroll-stopping reels and keep every creator's schedule full and ahead.
What you'll do
Download raw content from creators
Edit short-form reels, 8 to 15 seconds, built to hook in the first second and hold attention: tight cuts, captions, trending audio, clean pacing
Upload and schedule finished reels into our auto-poster system
Keep every creator scheduled at least 3 days ahead, with no gaps
Hit a daily editing and scheduling target
Flag early when a creator's content is running low, before it becomes a problem
What we're looking for
- Proven short-form editing, whatever you're fastest in (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects)
- A real feel for hooks, retention and what makes a reel perform, not just clean cuts
- Speed with consistency, you can produce volume without the quality dropping
- Reliable and organised, you hold a schedule and stay ahead without being chased
- Comfortable working with content for adult creators (18+ industry)
Nice to have
Experience editing OnlyFans or creator promo content
A strong grip on current TikTok and Instagram Reels trends
