Description:

We are looking for a skilled short-form video editor who understands how to create high-retention, viral-style content for Instagram/TikTok/X/YouTube shorts. We need a short-form video editor who can turn raw podcast/livestream and creator footage into funny, relatable, high-retention vertical videos.

Responsibilities:

Find strong clippable moments from raw long-form/livestream footage

Cut every millisecond of dead space for tight pacing.

Add attention resets every 2–3 seconds (jump cuts, zooms, subtitle pops).

Overlay on-screen text/captions to highlight key lines.

Keep edits funny, relatable, natural, and creator-native

Sync edits with viral audio trends and trending sounds.

Requirements:

Proven experience editing short-form content (IG Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts).

Strong understanding of retention editing (hooks, pacing, resets).

Ability to match visuals with trending sounds and formats.

Fast turnaround times (we post consistently).

Creativity and attention to detail.

Bonus Skills:

Familiarity with meme-style edits and internet culture.
