What You'll Do

- **Production & Execution**
- Create detailed briefs for editors and creators.
- Guide teams on pacing and structure to enhance content delivery.
- Ensure each piece of content serves a strategic purpose.
- **Performance & Iteration**
- Monitor and own key performance indicators: views, watch time, retention, and engagement.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make quick adjustments.
- Stay updated on platform changes and content trends.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in short-form content strategy, with a strong portfolio showcasing your success.
- In-depth knowledge of effective video elements: hooks, pacing, and storytelling.
- Proficient in English for collaboration with global teams.
