I’m hiring on behalf of a creator with a large high-traffic OF account. We’re testing new chatters on Hidden first to evaluate writing, sales, reliability, and rule-following before giving OF access. If you do well, you can be moved to OF later with a pay increase. Trial pay is $4/hr + 5% commission 

 The role includes responding to fan messages, sales, promoting approved paid content/offers, keeping basic fan notes, submitting shift reports, and escalating anything outside approved boundaries.

Evaluates a candidate’s understanding of OnlyFans platform rules, safety boundaries, and compliance behavior while maintaining engaging conversations. The test focuses on handling off-platform requests, payment redirection, personal information protection, and steering risky conversations safely without breaking engagement.

Rules & Compliance

Assesses the candidate’s ability to recognize different subscriber types and adjust their strategy accordingly. Covers identifying whales, freebie hunters, emotional subscribers, lurkers, and time-wasters while prioritizing revenue opportunities.

Subscriber Identification & Strategy

Tests a candidate’s ability to guide conversations naturally from casual chat into teasing, flirting, curiosity, and paid content interactions without sounding aggressive or robotic. Focuses on conversational timing, engagement psychology, and subtle upselling.

Conversation Flow & Transitioning

Tests the candidate’s ability to handle pricing objections, negotiate content value, and revive stalled conversations through creative follow-up messaging. Focuses on persuasive communication without discounting too quickly.
