We’re looking for someone who actually knows how Reddit works and can move properly on the platform.
This is not a beginner VA role. We need someone experienced and knows what to do.
Responsibilities:
• Handle Reddit engagement across different subreddits
• Write and post content that feels natural to each community
• Stay on top of trends, discussions, and what’s performing
• Keep accounts active and credible
• Drive traffic
• Manage multiple accounts using our tools
Requirements:
• You understand Reddit culture and rules
• Strong, natural English. No robotic writing
• Good judgment on when and how to post
• Can work independently without needing to be micromanaged
• Consistent and detail-oriented
Why This Role Matters:
Reddit works really well when done right, but it’s easy to mess up if you don’t know what you’re doing. This role directly affects traffic and conversions, so we need someone who can execute properly and think for themselves. This way, we can also pay you more.
