We are looking for a MOTIVATED, PROACTIVE Reddit VA to join our growing team. Someone creative who can think independently, analyze content, and write engaging captions that fit Reddit communities. Someone who has experience using Reddit to create, farm, and post on model accounts on NSFW subreddits, and who wants to LEARN & GROW to become a top-tier VA and potential manager is the perfect match for our growing agency.
What you’ll do:
• Review model photos and create creative captions on your own
• Post content across different Reddit communities
• Understand subreddit rules and adapt captions accordingly
• Manage multiple Reddit accounts safely
• Track posts and monitor engagement through Google Sheets & direct 1:1 with the manager

Requirements:

Salary: $300 - $400 monthly & 1% - 2.5% monthly bonus depending on the performance of the posts.
