What You’ll Be Doing

As our Reddit VA, you’ll play a key role in our team’s success by managing and growing our Reddit presence for multiple clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing 1-3 Reddit accounts per client (up to 5 clients).

• Implementing various Reddit marketing strategies to drive engagement.

• Researching, selecting, and mastering subreddits relevant to each client’s niche.

• Crafting captivating captions that resonate with audiences.

• Posting content consistently and strategically.

• Sending upvotes to boost visibility.

• Engaging with users by replying to comments and DMs.

• Tracking and organizing account information using Google Sheets and Airtable.

• We also need you to use the automation for Twitter Mass DMs, which is mostly automated.

Experience with Google Sheets and Airtable is preferred.

What We’re Offering

• Full-time position: Work Monday to Saturday, 7 PM - 3 AM Philippine Time (PHT).

What You’ll Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• A computer with a fast internet connection.

• Access to Reddit, Telegram (for team communication), Google Meet (for training and meetings), Google Sheets, Airtable, and email.

• A strong command of the English language, including the ability to type fluently and understand its nuances.

• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.

• A creative, quick-witted mindset to adapt to changing traffic patterns.

• A passion for growth and a willingness to learn.

• The ability to convey emotion and personality through text.

• Great listening skills and a proactive attitude.

Important Note About Hours

This is a night shift position. You must be able to work 7 PM - 3 AM Philippine Time (PHT), Monday to Saturday. Please ensure these hours are suitable for your lifestyle, as this role requires working late into the night.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with Google Sheets and Airtable for tracking and organizing account information.

• Familiarity with the Reddit platform.

• Previous experience preferred, bonus for twitter experience.
