Scope of work:
• Account warming: karma, aged posting, building credibility before promo
• Ongoing posting: daily scheduling across relevant subreddits to maximise sub conversion
• Mod hygiene and ban-risk management
• Starting with 2 accounts, scaling with performance
Compensation:
• $120 USD per account (warming phase, one-off)
• $1 USD per subscriber gained per account, ongoing
