We're looking for an experienced Reddit Growth Specialist to manage multiple Reddit accounts for our clients from start to finish.
This is not an entry level position. We're looking for someone who already understands Reddit, knows how to build accounts properly, and can consistently generate results.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple Reddit accounts across different niches
- Build and maintain account health and karma naturally
- Research and identify high converting subreddits
- Create posting strategies that drive traffic and conversions
- Write engaging posts and comments that fit each community
- Warm up and age new accounts correctly
- Avoid bans and understand Reddit's rules and culture
- Manage accounts using AdsPower
- Track performance and continuously improve results
- Handle the entire Reddit operation independently with minimal oversight
Requirements
- Proven Reddit marketing experience
- Strong understanding of Reddit communities, moderation, and account safety
- Experience building karma on new and established accounts
- Experience driving traffic and conversions from Reddit
