Reddit Operations Staff Member

We’re looking for a new staff member to join our Reddit department long-term.

You’ll start with Reddit account creation/farming + taking part in our smaller reddit operations. Once we see your ability, consistency, and understanding of the process, you’ll progress into through our reddit pipeline managing larger accounts, and eventually helping lead a team of VAs.

We need someone reliable, trustworthy, good with timekeeping, able to work under pressure, and comfortable communicating in English. Reddit experience is preferred — ideally you already use Reddit and understand the culture, communities, and how the platform works.

This is a long-term scaling role with real progression for the right person.
