Reddit Operations Manager / Reddit Growth Lead

We’re looking for someone to come in and fully run and scale our Reddit department.

This is not an entry-level VA position.

We want somebody who understands Reddit deeply, account health, posting psychology, scaling systems, traffic flow, engagement patterns, subreddit cultures, and conversion behavior.

You will be overseeing Reddit traffic operations across multiple niches and helping build one of the strongest Reddit growth systems in the space.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Managing and overseeing Reddit marketing operations

- Supervising VAs and Reddit operators

- Building and improving Reddit SOPs/workflows

- Monitoring account health, bans, shadowbans, and warm-up processes

- Reviewing posting quality, titles, captions, and engagement strategy

- Tracking analytics, traffic, and conversion performance

- Organizing daily reports and operational systems

- Scaling Reddit account infrastructure safely and efficiently

- Testing new subreddit strategies and growth methods

- Working directly with leadership on scaling initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong understanding of how Reddit actually works

- Experience managing multiple Reddit accounts at scale

- Knowledge of subreddit behavior and posting psychology

- Understanding of proxies, browser profiles, account warmups, and Reddit safety

Ability to manage and lead teams

- High-level organizational and communication skills

- Someone who can think strategically, not just follow instructions

- Experience with NSFW traffic is a plus

- Experience with AdsPower/Dolphin, tracking systems, or Reddit farms is a plus

Bonus Points If You:

- Have managed a Reddit team before

- Understand conversion funnels

- Have experience driving traffic to external platforms

- Know how to analyze viral patterns and repeat them

- Can improve systems instead of just maintaining them
