Reddit Manager

Multiple creators, real audiences. Belle Muse is expanding to Reddit and we need someone who knows it. Not theoretically. Operationally. Accounts, karma, sub rules, cadence, mod politics. If you've driven real traffic and real conversions on NSFW Reddit, this is worth reading.

What You'll Do

* Run a daily health check across all creator accounts, shadowban detection, post status, overnight mod activity

* Execute the daily posting round per creator: 3–5 posts per account, 30 minutes apart minimum, rotating content, zero OF mentions in-sub

* Engage with comments and DMs on live posts to drive profile visits and tracking-link conversions

* Maintain and refresh curated subreddit lists per creator using redaccs and Postpone, swapping dead subs for active ones

* Run mod-acquisition outreach on existing fan subreddits, DMing as the creator in her voice

* During warmup: browse-only week 1, then build SFW karma toward the 2,000 post / 100 comment gate before any NSFW posting

Requirements

* Proven NSFW Reddit track record, real accounts, real karma, real traffic numbers. You'll need to show these.

* Meticulous rule discipline: sub rules, cadence rules, and the OF-mention ban are absolute. One slip nukes a two-year-old account.

* Strong subreddit research and content-to-sub matching for a given creator's look and niche

* Native-level written English, titles, mod DMs, and first-person creator copy that reads authentic

* Can run multi-account Reddit safely on your own proven setup, or comfortable working with ours

What Success Looks Like

* 30 days: all creator accounts set up, aged accounts revived and posting, cold accounts warming on schedule, curated sub lists built, zero bans

* 60 days: all accounts live and posting NSFW, consistent daily cadence, first Reddit-attributed revenue trending up

* 90 days: zero bans maintained, at least one fan-sub mod status acquired, channel compounding month on month

Compensation

$3–4/hr base + 5% of agency revenue generated by your Reddit tracking links, calculated monthly per creator. Recurring. Every subscriber you land keeps paying out as long as they stay subscribed.
