We're a fast-growing digital marketing agency managing content distribution across multiple online platforms. We're hiring a Reddit Growth & Operations Manager to own performance, not just activity — someone who catches problems before we do and can prove growth with data, not vibes.
What You'll Do
Own the full Reddit growth funnel: subreddit strategy, posting cadence, and traffic performance
Track and report performance beyond surface metrics — click-through by post, per-subreddit performance breakdown, and traffic-to-conversion funnel (not just karma/views)
Diagnose underperformance systematically: when an account or subreddit goes flat, run through content, timing, subreddit fit, and account health before making any changes
Hire, train, and manage a team of Reddit posters/VAs — including running a real vetting process with trial tasks and clear pass/fail criteria (no favor-based hires)
Personally verify posting is happening correctly and on schedule — daily QA, not just trusting reports
Flag and fix operational breakdowns immediately (missed posts, account issues, unreliable team members) before they compound
Report weekly with real numbers: what worked, what didn't, and why
What We're Looking For
Real management experience (not just "years posting") — able to clearly separate time spent executing vs. time spent managing a team
Demonstrated data literacy: comfortable building and reading tracking sheets that go beyond basic engagement stats
A diagnostic mindset — when something breaks, you investigate root cause, not just reassign blame or replace the account
Proven judgment hiring and vetting others — can describe a structured process with a trial task and clear standards
High personal ownership of execution — you check that things actually went out, correctly, every day
Stable, reliable internet connection (non-negotiable) and consistent daily availability
Strong independent decision-making — you solve problems and bring me solutions, not just questions
