We are looking for a Reddit Growth & Monetization Specialist to help scale traffic, engagement, and revenue through Reddit for an AI-driven creator brand. Our business focuses on converting social media traffic into a structured monetization funnel, and we are now expanding into Reddit as a key acquisition and conversion channel.
This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands Reddit communities, content strategy, and ethical growth methods that drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a Reddit growth strategy aligned with brand and monetization goals
• Identify high-value subreddits relevant to our niche and audience
• Create and post engaging, compliant content that drives organic traffic
• Build and manage Reddit accounts while maintaining credibility and trust within communities
• Engage with users through comments and discussions to increase visibility and conversions
• Test and optimize different content formats (text posts, storytelling, AMAs, etc.)
• Track performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
• Work closely with the team to align Reddit traffic with our existing monetization funnel
• Stay up to date with Reddit policy changes, trends, and community guidelines
Requirements:
• Proven experience growing accounts or brands on Reddit
• Strong understanding of Reddit culture, subreddit dynamics, and moderation rules
• Experience driving traffic and conversions from Reddit (affiliate, creator economy, or funnel-based systems is a plus)
• Ability to write engaging, native-style posts that do not feel promotional
• Analytical mindset with ability to track what content converts
• Familiarity with digital funnels, social media marketing, or creator monetization models
• Ability to work independently and test different growth strategies
Nice to Have:
• Experience with AI creator brands or subscription-based monetization models
• Background in social media growth or performance marketing
• Understanding of Reddit SEO and trending discovery behavior
