We are looking for a detail-oriented Reddit Account Manager to join our remote digital marketing team. This is a full-time role requiring an 8-hour daily shift, 6-7 days per week.
Responsibilities:
Create new Reddit accounts following provided guidelines
Build up account karma and "warm up" accounts over time (commenting, engaging naturally, following posting frequency limits)
Post content to relevant subreddits on a regular schedule
Track and report on account status and standing daily
Follow detailed SOPs provided by the team
Requirements:
Reliable internet connection and your own laptop or device
Available for a consistent 8-hour shift, 6-7 days per week
Familiarity with how Reddit works — subreddit rules, karma, account age requirements
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on repetitive daily tasks
Comfortable with time-tracking/monitoring software during work hours
Basic to conversational written English
Prior experience growing or managing Reddit accounts is a strong plus
