🚨 WE’RE HIRING — QUALITY CONTROLLER 🚨

We’re currently looking for an experienced and reliable Quality Controller to join our growing OFM team.

📌 Responsibilities

• Monitor chatter screen shares during shifts

• Ensure chats stay high quality with no sloppy or lazy replies

• Keep response times on track

• Develop and improve sales strategies

• Host team meetings and provide guidance to chatters

• Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with underperforming chatters

• Write weekly reports about chatters, pages, and overall team performance

✅ Qualifications

• Male applicants only

• Minimum 2 years experience as a QC or Team Lead in the OFM industry

• Strong organisational skills

• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and AI tools

• Responsible and dependable leader

• Good communication and coaching skills

🕒 Shift Schedule

• 6PM to 3AM GMT

• 5 days a week

• Great setup for work life balance

💰 Pay

• $3/hour + performance bonuses
