Quality Control Manager (Europe)

About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Control (QC) Manager to lead and oversee our quality assurance operations across multiple teams and accounts. You will be responsible for maintaining high performance standards, ensuring compliance with company procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and coaching team members to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes, standards, and procedures.

- Oversee daily quality audits and ensure consistency across all accounts and departments.

- Review audit findings, identify trends, and implement corrective action plans.

- Work closely with Team Managers and Operations Leadership to address quality concerns and improve overall performance.

- Monitor compliance with company scripts, SOPs, workflows, and client requirements.

- Conduct performance evaluations and quality reviews.

- Train, mentor, and support QC Specialists and team members on quality standards and best practices.

- Investigate recurring quality issues and recommend process improvements.

- Prepare and maintain quality reports, audit records, and performance documentation.

- Escalate critical issues and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.

- Proven leadership and team management experience.

- Ability to identify performance trends and implement effective solutions.

- Experience creating and improving quality assurance processes.

- Proficiency with tools such as Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, or similar platforms.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Operations Management, or a similar leadership role.

- Experience managing remote teams across different time zones.

- Familiarity with subscription-based creator platforms, customer support, sales, or chat-based operations.

- Experience working in agency, BPO, or high-volume operational environments.
