Quality Assurance Specialist — Shift 3

We're looking for a detail-oriented QA Specialist to join our overnight team.

This role is critical to maintaining the quality and consistency of our operation — you'll be the last line of defence before output goes out.

What you'll be doing:

- Real-time shift support

- Chat auditing

- Feedback & coaching support

- Whale & new subscriber protection

- SOP & persona adherence checks

- Performance reporting

- Collaboration with managers and training team

- Shift operations & handover

Shift hours: 🌙 22:00 – 06:00 (UK time)

What we're looking for:

- Sharp eye for detail and high personal standards

- Strong written English

- Ability to work independently through overnight hours

- Reliable, consistent, and thorough

- Previous QA or review experience needed!
