We are seeking a QA/QC Specialist & Vault Manager for our OFM agency. Responsibilities include reviewing chatter conversations for quality, focusing on tone, sales flow, script adherence, grammar, response time, and upsell execution. You will also manage our content vault by organizing media, applying consistent labels and tags, maintaining a clean folder structure, and ensuring chatters can quickly find the right content. Must be fluent in Infloww and have prior experience in QA, chatting, or operations within an OFM/content agency.
