FLEXIBLE OPEN-TIME AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED. You need to be available anytime to fill or cover if needed. You will be informed beforehand/ahead of time if you need to cover for the main chatter.

Small team with only 2 groups of chatters (6 in total) so you don't have to cover a lot of shifts.
