Position Overview
We are looking for an entry-level Outreach Specialist to help identify and connect with potential creator partners on Instagram.
This is a part-time remote position requiring approximately 2 hours per day, 6 days per week.
Your primary responsibility will be initiating conversations with potential creator partners, building rapport, qualifying interested creators, and introducing them to our founder for the closing process.
Responsibilities
Identify potential creator partners on Instagram that match our target recruiting criteria.
Initiate professional outreach conversations.
Build rapport and answer basic questions about Silver Rose Management.
Qualify interested creators before handing them off to the founder.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead status.
Coordinate warm leads for follow-up and video calls.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent written English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable building relationships through direct messaging.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Reliable and consistent.
Experience with cold outreach, sales, customer service, or influencer outreach is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Creators successfully signed to the agency.
