We are looking for an experienced OnlyFans Traffic & Growth Manager to drive high-quality traffic and acquire real paying subscribers.
Your goal is simple: bring genuine users who convert into paying fans. We are not interested in bots, fake traffic, or low-quality promotions.
Responsibilities
- Promote our OnlyFans using platforms such as Reddit, X (Twitter), Telegram, forums, and other relevant communities.
- Develop and execute organic growth strategies to attract real users.
- Drive traffic to Free Trial and Paid subscription links.
- Test different promotion methods and continuously optimize results.
- Focus on acquiring subscribers with real purchasing intent.
Requirements
- Previous experience promoting OnlyFans creators or similar subscription-based platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Reddit, Telegram, X, and other traffic sources.
- Ability to generate high-quality, organic traffic.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication and daily reporting.
- Compensation
We are open to different payment structures depending on your experience:
- Performance-based payment per verified subscriber.
- Percentage of the revenue generated by the subscribers you bring.
- Or a hybrid model combining both.
Every candidate will receive a unique tracking link, allowing us to accurately measure:
- Number of subscribers acquired.
- Revenue generated by those subscribers.
- Overall conversion performance.
- Work Schedule
There are no fixed working hours. We care about results, not when you work.
However, we do require:
- A daily report summarizing all promotional activities.
- Information about which platforms, communities, and strategies were used.
- Transparent communication regarding progress, testing, and results.
If you have a proven track record of growing OnlyFans accounts with real paying fans, we'd love to hear from you. Please include examples of previous results or campaigns if possible.
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking is preferred, as it makes communication easier, but it is not required.
- Candidates who are fluent in English are also welcome to apply.
