Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with subscribers via direct messages to foster relationships and boost sales.
- Promote PPV content, custom requests, and tips using effective scripts and your own creativity.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs.
- Accurately log sales and adhere to shift handoff procedures.
- Maintain on-platform conversations compliant with OnlyFans guidelines.
- Enjoy a balanced work schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off, with 10-hour shifts.
Qualifications:
- Previous chatting or sales experience on OnlyFans or similar platforms is preferred.
- Strong written English skills and fast typing ability.
- Sales acumen with the ability to read conversations and close deals.
- Reliability and availability for assigned shifts, with comfort in adult content.
- Access to a stable internet connection and a personal computer.
