THIS IS FOR 4 PM TO 12 AM UK TIME Saturday & Sunday (2 days a week). Do not apply if you cannot work this shift. Please do not apply and ask for a different shift. This is the only shift we are hiring for.

MUST-HAVES:

✅ Pass English Test

✅ Availability to work 8 hours a day, Saturday - Sunday (2 days per week)

✅ Work hours: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM UK Time (8 Hours a day)

✅ Fast & reliable internet connection

✅ PC or Laptop with a camera (camera for team meetings only)

✅ Willingness to undergo training and testing

✅ Strong desire to grow within the company

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to messages promptly (5 minute response time)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with fans to drive sales

• Keep detailed notes on customer preferences to increase engagement

• Generate tips and direct sales through consistent interactions

• Achieve sales goals to maximise bonuses and commissions

💰 PAY STRUCTURE:

• $4 per hour plus 5% commission on all messages and tips.

**• Bonuses:**

• Earn a $5 bonus for reaching $400 in sales per shift

• Earn an additional $5 bonus for reaching $800 in sales per shift
