Onlyfans Chatter

We are looking to hire a skilled chatter who is able to step into the persona of a model and lead engaging + personalized conversations with fans.

The role incorporates sales, creative writing, and emotional intelligence so a candidate who is skilled in those areas is ideal.

💼 Responsibilities:

- Maintain the models tone and persona while chatting with fans

- Send personalized messages to new / recurring subscribers

- Re-engage inactive fans and build long term fan loyalty

- Complete detailed shift reports daily + communicate with team

- Track fan behavior, preferences and purchase history + record info on our CRM (Notion)

- Strategically sell Chat Scripts, Mass Messages, custom content or other PPV content

🧠 Requirements - Non Negotiable

- Fluent English — C1 minimum, C2 preferred

- Availability for a minimum of 6 shifts per week

- Own laptop/PC with a stable internet connection

- Discretion and strict confidentiality at all times
