As a Chat Operator (Chatter), you step into the persona of a model and lead engaging, personalized conversations with fans on OnlyFans. Your role blends sales, creative writing, and emotional intelligence.
Your daily responsibilities:
Manage fan conversations in-character, maintaining the model's tone and persona
Send personalized welcome messages to new subscribers
Strategically sell PPV content, mass messages, and custom content
Re-engage inactive fans and build long-term fan loyalty
Track fan behavior, preferences, and purchase history in our CRM
Complete detailed shift reports and hand over notes to the next operator
š Requirements
Non-negotiable:
ā Fluent English ā C1 minimum, C2 preferred (all work is conducted in English)
ā Availability for a minimum of 6 shifts per week (7 days preferred)
ā Own laptop/PC with a stable internet connection
ā Discretion and strict confidentiality at all times
Highly preferred:
š¬ Previous experience as an OnlyFans chatter or on a similar platform
š Sales mindset ā ability to pitch content naturally without being pushy
š Ability to stay in character and maintain a consistent tone throughout a full shift
š§ High emotional intelligence ā empathy, reading the fan's mood, adapting tone
