We are looking for a skilled OnlyFans Chatter to join our growing agency.

What you will do

Manage private messaging on creator accounts.

Build genuine fan relationships while driving PPV, custom content, and tip revenue.

Match each creator's voice and keep conversations personal and engaging.

Maintain high response rates and daily inbox consistency.

What we are looking for

Strong written English and conversational sales instincts.

Ability to adapt tone across different creator brands.

Organized, reliable, and comfortable with performance goals.

Prior chatting or online sales experience is a plus (not required).

What you get

Full-time remote setup.

$3 per hour base pay and 5% commission on generated sales during the first 3 months.

After the initial 3-month period, both the hourly rate and commission increase steadily based on performance and tenure.
