What You'll Be Doing
Responding to incoming messages in a timely, engaging, and professional manner
Building genuine rapport with subscribers while driving conversions through conversation
Crafting personalized, compelling messages that feel natural — never scripted or robotic
Upselling and promoting content or offers organically within conversations
Maintaining a consistent, on-brand voice across all interactions
Managing multiple conversations simultaneously without sacrificing quality

Perfectly fluent English — grammar, spelling, and tone must be flawless. Non-negotiable.
Fast response times — you're available, attentive, and don't leave people waiting
Sales mindset — you understand that conversation has a purpose and you guide it there naturally

Prior experience in messaging, chat sales, customer engagement, or OF management is a plus but not required
