We run several high-traffic OF accounts and are currently looking for additional chatters to help expand our coverage hours. If you're experienced at building rapport, keeping conversations engaging, and converting interactions into revenue, we'd love to hear from you.
Candidates with prior OF chatting experience will be given strong preference.
**Requirements**
- Fluent English - must read tone, sarcasm, and innuendo, not just translate words.
- Ability to manage several conversations at once efficiently
- Strong fan engagement and retention skills
- Fast and accurate typing
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to work night shifts
**Payment**
- $3.00/hour base rate
- 3-5% commission on revenue generated through your conversations
- Earning potential grows directly with your performance
