OnlyFans Chatter - Urgent

We need 1-2 chatters who can start quickly, train fast, and are okay with the (temporary if desired) 12AM-8AM PHT shift. Preferred shift times are determined by performance; if you perform, you can win your preferred shift time. Anyone from any country is welcome to apply if you meet our requirements. This is a freestyle sales role. You must have common sense and a gut feel. We are not looking for script-only chatters. You need to be able to build natural conversations, read fan behavior, handle objections, and turn attention into sales while staying within platform rules. Top chatters here are making $4k+/month. About 20 chatters total.

Requirements

* Willing to work 12AM-8AM PHT (not permanently)

* All US accounts. English is non-negotiable, even with software.

* Fluent or native-level English

* Can begin training within 24-48 hours

* 6+ months of OnlyFans chatting experience

* 50+ WPM typing speed

* Reliable internet and backup power

* Comfortable with freestyle chatting. No scripts.

* Coachable, responsive, and dependable

* Full understanding of all OnlyFans TOS

Strong Fit If You

* Know how to prioritize buyers, treat whales, and generate conversations.

* Know how to sell without scamming. We don’t scam fans.

* Can sell without sounding pushy, robotic, or desperate

* Have a strong GFE and customer service instinct

Compensation

* $3/hour paid weekly

* 5% monthly commission

* Performance bonuses weekly ($20-200 per shift)

- GMT-7: 9AM-5PM, previous day

- GMT-3: 1PM-9PM, previous day

- GMT+0: 4PM-12AM, previous day

- GMT+1: 5PM-1AM

- GMT+2: 6PM-2AM

- GMT+3: 7PM-3AM
