* Earn up to **10% commission**. The more sales you generate, the higher your commission percentage.

* Our top performers earn around **$8,000/month**

* Average team members earn around **$3,000/month**

* Beginners typically earn around **$1,500/month**

Payments are made **once per month** via **cryptocurrency or bank transfer**.

## ✅ Requirements

* Excellent written English

* A sales-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

* **60+ WPM typing speed** (we don't use the OFMJob typing test—we have our own test that's very similar to Monkeytype)

* Previous experience in chatting, sales, or customer support is a plus

* Reliable internet connection

* Available **6 days per week, 8 hours per day**
