We are a UK-based creator management agency hiring an experienced OnlyFans chatter to manage conversations and generate sales for established creators in the femdom and fetish niche.

This is not a general chatting role.

Applicants must have demonstrable experience selling within femdom/BDSM/fetish dynamics. You must understand how dominant creators communicate, how fetish buyers behave, and how to sell without breaking character.

Excellent written English is essential. You will be expected to hold natural conversations, understand nuance, adapt to different fans, and write confidently in distinct creator personas.

The role is intended for someone based in Europe who can reliably cover UK daytime and evening hours. Exact working hours will be discussed during the hiring process.

🔥 What You’ll Do

• Engage with fans through OnlyFans DMs

• Build relationships that lead to PPV purchases, tips, customs, and repeat spending

• Identify buying signals and move conversations naturally towards a sale

• Maintain each creator's tone, boundaries, and dominant persona

• Conduct fetish roleplay confidently and accurately

• Manage multiple active conversations simultaneously

• Identify high-value fans and nurture long-term relationships

• Record useful fan information and follow up on previous conversations

• Communicate clearly with management during shifts through Discord and Telegram

✅ Essential Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as an OnlyFans chatter

• Demonstrable experience chatting and selling within the femdom or fetish niche

• Excellent written English

• Previous experience using Infloww

• Strong understanding of PPV strategy, upselling, and fan psychology

• Confidence with dominant personas and explicit fetish conversations

• Ability to manage multiple conversations without becoming repetitive or generic

• Reliable internet connection

• Professional, responsive, and dependable communication

• Availability during European daytime and evening hours

• Experience with LoyalFans is a plus but not essential.
