Earning Potential: $1,000/month base + commission. Top performers can earn $3,000+/month.

Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts

Why This Role

This is not a script-reading position. We're looking for someone with genuine sales ability who can build authentic connections, recognize buying opportunities, and naturally convert conversations into revenue.

You'll work on an established creator account with consistent traffic, proven systems, and ongoing support from an experienced team. Your success will be driven by your ability to build relationships, maximize subscriber value, and consistently deliver results.

Compensation

14-Day Paid Probation: $500

Base Salary: $1,000/month upon successful completion of probation

Performance Commission: 1–2% of the revenue you personally generate through PPV sales, mass messages, tips, and related sales activities

High performers have the opportunity to earn $3,000+ per month

Your First 14 Days

Your probation period is designed to help you learn our systems while demonstrating your ability to perform.

Performance will primarily be evaluated using key operational metrics, including:

Spend per subscriber

Reply rate

Successful completion of probation unlocks your full compensation package and continued growth opportunities within the team.

What You'll Do

Manage multiple live conversations while maintaining genuine, engaging interactions.

Build authentic relationships that increase subscriber engagement and long-term value.

Naturally sell PPV content, custom content, and premium experiences through conversational selling.

Maintain the creator's personality, tone, and communication style across all conversations.

Track subscriber history and preferences to deliver more personalized conversations and increase lifetime customer value.

Consistently identify opportunities to maximize revenue while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
