- Proven experience driving high-converting organic traffic on Instagram, X, and Reddit

- Platform strategy — community building, content angles, growth levers — not just scheduling posts

- Familiarity with AI content tools used in OnlyFans creator marketing is a big plus

- Someone who can work fast, report clearly, and kill what isn't working without being told
