OF Model Social Media Manager

📌 Content & Workflow

* You will manage up to 2 Instagram accounts (1 model per account)

* Each day: 3 Reels per account (6 total max if managing 2)

* All content is provided weekly (videos, captions, and on-screen text in French)

* Your job is to recreate/edit using Instagram in-app tools only (no trend research needed)

📌 Daily Schedule

* You choose your posting times, but must be consistent with 3 posts/day per account

* Example schedules: 4am–12pm–7pm / 9am–4pm–10pm / etc.

* No DM management required

* You may like comments, but no replies needed

📌 Tools & Setup

* iPhone required

* Apps: Instagram, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Outlook, browser

* You will create and use an Outlook account at onboarding

📌 Editing Guidelines

* Basic mobile editing (trim, speed adjustments, text overlay placement)

* Ensure captions don’t block face/important visuals

* Remove or avoid showing unwanted frames (no raw cuts visible under overlays)

📌 Training & Support

* Full onboarding file + tutorial video (from account creation to first post)

* First posts require approval

* After that, you work independently but daily checks are done by the manager

* You report to a Filipino manager and can ask questions anytime

📌 Accounts

* Max 2 accounts (2 different models)

* Avoid posting the same style/reel at the same time for both accounts

📌 Payment

* $100/month total for 2 accounts (~1.5 hours/day, ~45 hours/month)

* Paid monthly

* Plus 5% commission on net revenue from subscribers (tracked via links we provide)

📌 Expectations

* Consistency and punctual posting

* Fast communication when needed

* Proactive mindset (flagging high-performing reels or suggesting improvements)

* Basic editing awareness (timing, cropping, overlays, text placement)
