As a Chat Specialist, you will be essential in fostering engaging interactions for content creators. Your primary responsibilities include:

- Building and nurturing strong relationships with subscribers

- Maintaining consistent communication to enhance audience engagement

- Improving the overall chat experience to meet user needs

- Driving sales through strategic conversations

Compensation: 18,000 - 20,000 per month + 4% commission

Schedule: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week

Hiring Process: Two interviews (initial and final)
