What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of chatting experience (non-negotiable)

Excellent written English with strong grammar and natural conversational flow

Proven sales ability with a track record of hitting numbers

Availability to work 7 days a week

Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working shifts

Proof of your latest sales (screenshots/reports required with application)

Compensation:

$2/hour base pay

2% commission on all sales

Performance bonus structure that scales the more you sell:

Sales Commission

$210 2%$

300 2.25%

$400 2.5%

$500 2.75%

$600 3%

$1,000 3.5%
