No-Code Automation Engineer (Notion + API Integrations)

Overview

We are looking for a skilled No-Code Automation Engineer to design and build a scalable Notion-based dashboard and internal system for managing multi-platform marketing operations.

This system will track performance across multiple platforms (Reddit, X, and OnlyFans), manage internal workflows, and provide clear KPI visibility for a growing team.

Scope of Work

Design and build a structured, scalable Notion workspace

Create databases for accounts, posts, performance metrics, and team tasks

Set up automated data pipelines (via APIs, scraping tools, or integrations) to feed data into Notion

Track daily activity per account (posts, comments) with timestamps (date + time)

Build dashboards to:

Monitor KPIs and daily activity

Rank top-performing content (engagement, views, etc.)

Track follower/subscriber growth over time

Develop a clean and intuitive UI for team usage

Implement a simple task and KPI tracking system for marketing team members

Platforms to Track

Reddit: Posts, comments, engagement (upvotes, replies), follower growth

X (Twitter): Posts, replies, views, engagement, follower growth

OnlyFans: Subscriber growth via tracking links

Requirements

Strong experience building systems in Notion (databases, relations, rollups, dashboards)

Experience with automation tools such as Make (Integromat), Zapier, or similar

Ability to work with APIs or scraping tools to collect public data

Experience designing scalable systems (handling 50–100+ accounts)

Understanding of KPI tracking and performance dashboards

Ability to create clean, user-friendly interfaces inside Notion

Nice to Have

Experience with tools like Apify, PhantomBuster, or custom scraping solutions

Basic coding knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar)

Experience working with marketing or growth teams

Strong UI/UX sense for dashboard design

Project Type: Initial build with potential for ongoing improvements

Goal: Create a reliable, scalable system that can be used daily by a team

We are looking for someone who can not only build the system but also think through the best structure and suggest improvements where needed.
