We are a company that helps models join top OnlyFans agencies, where they can delegate operational work and significantly grow their income.

We are currently looking for a Model Sourcer to join our team and focus on building a strong pipeline of models for our partner agencies.

What you’ll do:

Actively source models on platforms like OnlyFans and Fansly

Conduct high-volume daily outreach (cold messaging)

Engage with potential candidates and present our value proposition

Qualify models and schedule calls with our recruiter

Build and maintain a bench of pre-qualified models

Provide daily reports on outreach and results

What we’re looking for:

English level B2+ (Russian is a plus)

2+ years of experience in sourcing / lead generation / outreach

Strong communication skills and ability to engage people

Highly organized and responsible

Comfortable working in the OnlyFans / creator economy space

Hard-working and results-driven mindset

What we offer:

100% remote & flexible schedule

Full-time workload

$3/hour (~$500/month)

$10 bonus per model added to the bench

$20 bonus per successfully placed model

All tools and resources provided

Paid vacation and sick leave

Salary review every 6 months
