We are looking for a Model Scout to help identify and recruit new content creators to join our agency.
If you have strong communication skills, enjoy building relationships, and can spot opportunities, this could be an excellent opportunity for professional growth. Previous experience in a similar role is considered a major advantage.
This is a commission-based position with no fixed salary. Compensation is earned for each successfully recruited model who joins the agency and completes onboarding requirements.
Main Responsibilities
Prospect and identify potential models through social media platforms, primarily Instagram.
Manage strategic profiles targeting different markets.
Initiate contact with potential models.
Build relationships and generate interest in the agency's offer.
Present partnership opportunities in a clear and professional manner.
Assist throughout the onboarding process of recruited models.
Use traffic strategies and manual outreach to generate leads.
Requirements
Strong written communication skills.
Ability to start conversations and build connections.
Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on results.
Self-discipline and strong organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of Instagram and social media platforms.
Interest in digital marketing and talent acquisition.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service.
Knowledge of paid traffic and lead generation.
Experience with social media outreach.
English and/or Spanish language skills.
