We are looking for an experienced Model Scout to join our agency and recruit new content creators. Previous experience in model scouting, recruitment, sales, or social media outreach is required.
This is a 100% commission-based position with no fixed salary. You'll earn $300 USD for every successfully recruited model who joins the agency and completes the onboarding process.
Responsibilities
Find and approach potential models, primarily through Instagram.
Build relationships and present our agency professionally.
Guide recruits through the onboarding process.
Generate leads through manual outreach and traffic strategies.
Requirements
Previous experience in model scouting, recruitment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Results-driven mindset.
Good knowledge of Instagram and social media.
Organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
English.
