Media Buyer / Virtual Assistant

SMM Agency is a growing talent management agency in the creator economy. We're hiring an Advertising Manager to drive subscriber growth for our models through Guaranteed Gains (GG) partnerships, content swaps, and paid promo placements.

This is a performance-driven role. You'll own the full cycle — sourcing partners, negotiating deals, monitoring campaigns, and reporting results weekly.

What You'll Do

• Source and vet GG/swap/promo/SFS partners via Telegram communities and other channels

• Negotiate deal terms (guaranteed fan counts, pricing, formats, payment splits)

• Prepare model profiles ahead of traffic drops and brief internal teams

• Track campaign performance at 24h, 7-day, 30-day, and 60-day intervals

• Maintain a Google Sheets tracking database and partner tier system

• Analyze creative performance (copy variants, formats, timing) every 5 campaigns

What We're Looking For

• Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, media buying, or a similar role

• Strong negotiation skills — you know how to get favorable terms

• Highly organized; comfortable managing 10+ active partnerships simultaneously

• Analytical — you track ROI, CPF, retention rates, and act on the data

• Familiar with Telegram as a business tool

• Comfortable working in the adult content creator industry

• Self-starter who follows SOPs and doesn't need micromanagement
