Odyssey Consulting is a growing OnlyFans management agency looking for a sharp, experienced Social Media Account Manager to join our team remotely.

This is not a basic VA role. We want someone with a managerial mindset who can both execute daily operations and analyse performance across multiple accounts. If you like running things properly and take pride in getting results — this is for you.

What you'll be doing:

Setting up and managing multiple Instagram accounts for our creators

Running daily content scheduling and posting workflows

Monitoring account health and flagging issues before they become problems

Analysing account performance and identifying what's working

Following and improving our internal SOPs

Reporting to the Head of Marketing

You need:

A laptop (non-negotiable — this role cannot be done on mobile only)

Proven experience managing multiple Instagram accounts simultaneously

Understanding of Instagram's algorithm, reach, and engagement

Strong attention to detail — small mistakes cost accounts

A managerial mindset — you should be able to run an operation, not just follow a checklist

Experience in OFM, social media marketing, or content distribution (preferred)

Reliable internet connection
