We are hiring Marketing Managers and Video Editors to join our Instagram growth team managing high-performing creator accounts.

You will choose which role you’re applying for during the application process.

Both roles are essential to our system — Editors create the content, Marketing Managers distribute and grow the accounts.

🔥 ROLE 1: MARKETING MANAGER (Instagram Growth)

What You’ll Do:

📱 Post reels, stories, and feed content daily

💬 Reply to comments and perform algorithm engagement

📈 Drive traffic toward the funnel through CTAs

🔁 Cross-post content to other platforms

📊 Submit daily & weekly performance reports

What We’re Looking For:

📱 Understanding of Instagram growth & engagement

📅 Organized and consistent with daily tasks

✍️ Able to write captions and CTAs

⚡ Reliable and able to manage multiple accounts

🔥 ROLE 2: VIDEO EDITOR (Short-Form / Reels)

What You’ll Do:

🎬 Repurpose raw content into 21 reels per week

✂️ Edit short-form videos optimized for performance

📁 Upload and organize content for Marketing Managers

📈 Research viral sounds, trends, and captions

What We’re Looking For:

🎥 Experience editing short-form content (Reels/TikTok)

📱 Understanding of hooks, pacing, and retention

⚡ Fast and efficient workflow

📂 Organized and consistent with deadlines
