We are looking for a motivated and experienced Model Scout to join our growing team full-time. Your primary responsibility will be identifying, researching, and reaching out to potential creators who are a good fit for our agency.
Responsibilities:
Scout potential models across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Reddit, and other social media platforms.
Identify creators who meet our agency's criteria.
Initiate outreach through DMs, email, or other approved communication channels.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Keep accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, and responses using spreadsheets or CRM software.
Meet daily and weekly scouting and outreach targets.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new models.
Requirements:
Experience in model scouting, talent acquisition, lead generation, or OnlyFans creator recruitment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms.
Excellent written English communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and consistently meet KPIs.
Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, CRM systems, or similar tracking tools is a plus.
