The role:
You'll own subscriber conversations end-to-end — handling inbound and outbound DMs, building authentic rapport, and driving revenue through content (PPV) sales, tips, and upsells. Success here is measured by fan retention and sales performance, so we want people who genuinely love conversation and know how to convert. The better you perform, the faster you rise.
What you'll do:
Respond to subscriber messages promptly during your shift, always staying in the creator's voice Build and maintain relationships that keep fans engaged and spending long-term. Sell content, promotions, and custom requests through natural, genuine conversation. Hit daily and per-shift sales and activity targets. Follow account scripts, guidelines, and reporting requirements Keep detailed logs and hand off cleanly between shifts
Who we're looking for:
- Prior OFM or chat-sales experience — you already know the fundamentals Excellent written English and fast, natural typing (please share your WPM)
- Sales-minded — you're comfortable building connection and closing
- Coachable and eager to learn our system inside and out Reliable and available for consistent shifts, 7 days a week.
