The Role

As a Chat Manager (m/f/d), you'll represent our creators on OnlyFans and similar platforms by chatting with their fans. We give you proven scripts, sales psychology, and structured workflows. You learn to adapt your style to different personalities and situations.

This is digital-first, messaging-focused work. No cold calling. No phone sales. No camera. 100% anonymous.

💬 What You'll Do

- Fan Communication: Build genuine relationships through chat

- Chat Sales: Sell exclusive creator content at the right moment, guided by our frameworks

- CRM & Fan Profiling: Personalize interactions through tracked preferences

- Account Management: Maintain creator profiles and post daily content

- Community Engagement: Respond to comments and grow the audience

💰 Compensation

- OnlyFans: 15% on all revenue up to $3,000, then 20% on the entire sum

- Other platforms: 15% on all revenue up to $1,000, then 20% on the entire sum

- Uncapped, paid monthly in EUR via bank transfer or crypto
