Our OnlyFans agency is looking for an ITALIAN Social Media Manager with proven experience to manage multiple Instagram profiles of Italian content creators, following our guidelines and operational strategies.
This is a remote and long-term position, with clearly defined daily tasks.
📌 Responsibilities
- Daily research of new Reels (both manually and using our internal tool) and adding them to each creator’s to-do list
- Flawless Reel editing (using CapCut and Edits)
- Daily interaction on each profile: scrolling and liking posts like a normal user (around 20 minutes per day per profile)
- Content publishing: 2 Stories per day per profile; 1 Reels per day per profile
- Warming up new profiles when necessary
💻 Working Method
- Our iPhones are remotely accessible, so all work is managed directly from your PC. You will not physically have any phones. Each creator is assigned an iPhone with multiple profiles.
- Working hours: 6 hours per day (flexible), 6 days a week. Content publishing must be done manually during lunch time and dinner time. Please do not apply if you already know you won’t be available during these hours to publish content.
🎯 Requirements
- Proven experience as an SMM for other OnlyFans agencies (minimum 3 months)
- Experience managing Instagram profiles (with a focus on Reels)
- Good video editing skills (especially with Edits)
- Ability to spot trends and quickly adapt them to each creator’s character/persona
- Fast internet connection
- Clear communication and very fast response times
