Instagram specialist to build and manage a mother/slave account system to generate targeted traffic for gay creators

Responsibilities:

Set up and manage a network of supporting Instagram accounts

Use child accounts to drive targeted traffic toward the main creator accounts

Develop posting, Reels, Stories, engagement, and profile-funnel strategies

Create a clear account-warming and scaling process

Manage content distribution across multiple accounts

Monitor account health, reach, engagement, profile visits, and conversions

Test different content formats and improve the system based on results

Keep the workflow organized, documented, and scalable

Requirements:

Proven experience managing Instagram account networks

Experience generating traffic for creators, preferably in the gay, twink niche

Strong understanding of Instagram content strategy, Reels, account warming, branding, analytics, and traffic funnels

Ability to manage multiple accounts consistently

Knowledge of Instagram policies and safe account-management practices

Must provide proof of previous work, such as analytics, traffic results, account examples, screenshots, or case studies

You should have previous Instagram experience with managing multiple accounts at once and results from similar projects. Also strategy of your mother/child account.
